Campo Dei Fiori

campo dei fiori, that's the french embassy straight back, piazza Farnese.  the intersection is now open to traffic.

This is from a window in the hotel opposite the Pantheon, seen on  the right.  A tourist wagon came through as I was working; I quickly sketched it in and addeded it. Depending on the season and time of day, this street can be this quiet.  that painting is about 20x30 inches.  all the material is purchased in Rome and is measured in centimeters, not inches . . .

two on the pond

These two, father and daughter, were in rental skiffs on the pond in the large park between Villa Borghese and the modern art museum.
